I'm curious about the copy protection. I bought Bong as soon as I could, so I've not had the pleasure
I'm sorry you feel that your plugins are not being received as you want, Xoxos
Personally I like Bong (and your other plugins) a great deal
Have you thought about submitting Bong to sites like Rekkerd or BPB? I often learn about stuff there.
I've informed my (very small audience) on soundcloud about the existence of Bong and Adze and others, but I doubt you'll see much from that
I agree that a thread in the main 'instruments' section here would be a great idea. I wouldn't think to start one on my own, I'm not the best at presenting things, and I wouldn't want to step on any toes.
Would it make sense to make one at official release time? AFAIK bong isn't truly 'out' yet, there's no entry in the KVR database for reviewing yet
Wishing you more success cos you obvs deserve some

none of my vst use copy protection. please install it anywhere you need it. piracy doesn't bother me, resellers do though. news and database articles were submitted yesterday.
once i did a bong and i took four months. prolly cos that's how much weed i had.
bong was brought to you by small amounts of c99, kandy kush, cali sour o.g., afghan kush, l.a. confidential, and bubblegum.. about an ounce and a half total, trim and popcorn, courtesy of the understanding folks at NORML. i could never afford current weed prices. a freaking quarter is more than an ounce was before the dispensaries opened. right now i'm at about a quarter bowl a day.

Your few meaningful sentences are disappearing in a forest of weed but this is the most intelligent insight I've ever read from you!xoxos wrote:You cannot disappoint me if I have no expectations
Actually, this is my motto in life after I've lost nearly all!
If you'd sell t-shirts with this insight as imprint, I would buy it immediately!

t-shirts... i have no "low-go" nor do i have an "i-con". beyond facilitation i wish to fade from your consciousness so that it may function unfettered, not impress myself upon it. who can see the value of this?
if that's how you feel, you should maybe smoke less weed. i have no problem with it. the count of "meaningful" as pertinent to my statements may be entirely dependent on your ability, desire or intent to recognise meaning.

though it brings to mind the guy in s.f. with the "2ndto0" license plate. i left him a note on his windshield saying "well, you'd better catch up then!" and when he found it i heard him go "auuughhh".

when I ask YOU how YOU did it, this is solipsism. like anything I had felt before. careful on the stairs.

Hello Xoxos !
Just wanted to know if Bong is made of pure synthesis or is it a sample based percussion unit ? (sorry if it has already been asked...)

Tried the demo, lol'd at the demo restriction and discovered a very nice little drum synth! Just bought, this one will be useful.
Thank you for being so generous every time to loyal customers by the way.

i've noticed that the clap can "stick on" if interrupted with a patch change at some times.. if this happens, change the patch again.. fix for this soon hopefully

Hey xoxos,
while the herb strains involved are interesting, the bong itself is even more so. It's like the development environment, isn't it? So what kind of bong do you prefer?
Personally my favorite is the chalice type, that is, there's very little air space in it and the smoke is inhaled through a hose/tube. Easy to make from common household objects, too. The smoke gets condensed and there isn't so much of it as is often the case with glass bongs (some of which hold more smoke than the capacity of one's lungs).
I haven't had a gravity bong for a long time, but that can be nice too, if it's small. Like take a large lemonade bottle, cut out the cap, take a half a litre lemonade bottle and cut out the bottom and use one of those brass adapters that is used to put a screw at the end of a plastic hose as a bowl. Using a Pringles can instead of the bigger bottle works good when one needs a gravity bong at public places, gigs for example. It's too fast though, so I prefer a well loaded chalice instead.

hehe.. some of the "neighborhood kids" i produced c.2000 built a gravity. i'm far from that world though.. i don't socialise and i'm not wealthy. i see bho/dabs videos and wonder if they'd get better results with a few space shuttle engines, maybe burn a couple of third world nations to get it real hot.
you probably know those ubiquitous vinegar bottles in restaurants. $20 1/4" masonry bit (and some water..), patience and some respiratory protection will turn one into a bubbler you'd probably like the size of as well.. easy to clear if your lungs are already full. don't have one now, haven't actually done a bong in years. my weed life isn't really glamorous i don't think i've seen any smoke come out of my mouth since 2009, it's on the to-do list
i like little modular brass hammers.. they can fall down a cliff. clean glass is the winner for taste though.
