AVG AntiVirus 2014 at the moment (August 2014) is reporting a false positive with one of the MenuMagic components MMHelp.dll.
This is a false positive - the dll is a resource file that only contains MenuMagic's help documentation. The file has been double checked with other antivirus programs, etc. and is clean of infection.
I have reported the issue to AVG and hopefully they'll fix the issue soon.

Regardless - I have restructured MMHelp.dll so as to not trigger AVG.
A rebuild of MenuMagic of v1.9.5.4 has been posted.
This release has been tested against the latest release of AVG AntiVirus and MMHelp.dll no longer triggers a false positive.

A new build of MenuMagic is in the works and will hopefully be ready in the next couple weeks.

Just heard back from AVG today
Hello Steven,

Thank you for contacting AVG.
We are sorry to hear that AVG detects your software as a malicious one.

We have received an update from our technical team saying that the False Detection was resolved for your software.
So if you're having issues with the false positive issue either update your AVG or use your private download link and get the latest MenuMagic version.
