I'm pretty interested in these. The Kali monitors are well respected budget offerings, and they've just announced a wallet friendly 8" coaxial 3 way design. Looks like they're launching mid-November in the US for $399 rrp each. I was just about to buy a pair of LYD-48s, but I think I'll wait now!

They are an interesting pair for sure! I always like and recommend the Kali LP-6. However not fair to compare them with the dynaudio offerings... which seem well above them in another class. Would be cool if you can demo both side by side, usually the ones in an upper class will have better dynamics and better clarity/details across all frequencies.

I have a pair of BM5s now, alongside some HS7s. There's not a massive difference between them tbh, and I know that the Kali monitors have that 'punch above their weight' characteristic.

I will keep the BM5s until I'm happy with the IN-8s just to be sure I'm not losing anything in the switch.
