manage to be super cool.
Phew, yeah. Trying to figure out W/ when the firmware was brand new and super buggy and nobody else knew what was going on either, with two pages of Vogon poetry for a manual, on a module that crammed about 14HP of functionality into a 2HP interface in the first place... was really an experience :bang:

Good manuals are important, and so is a thorough beta test :)

Here's a quadraphonic performance on my Superbooth 19 rig, once mixed in stereo (for speakers) and binaural (for headphones). Funny enough, the performance on Superbooth was done in quad sound, but the video they uploaded was mixed down to *mono*. Hence I felt urged to come up with a new take.

We've reached the final hardware design of CVilization and we hope to be feature complete shortly.

All sequencing and quantization (time & pitch) is done using one CVilization in Mode III (with a tiny bit of help from Brains + PressurePoints). A second CVilization mixes and animates four voices of melody and percussion in its quadraphonic panning mode (Mode IV).

Some of the live action apart from mixing, filtering, triggering and sound design is recording new sequences into CVilization, and setting mutation depths to evolve these sequences during playback.

Great fun to jam along with. I greatly respect you snatching
music and energy from among the anemones tentacles!
Let alone designing the beasts within.
Slap some distortion, reverb and delay on the old QS8 guitar banks,
and it's just bliss.

Was their a scala file involved somewhere?
Cheers

Hehehe, thank you!

No, just a good old phrygian dominant scale / harmonic minor in the quantizer.

Well that's a lovely piece of music. I like the first ~2 minutes most. 8)
