From which synth does this atmospheric texture/pad sound come from?

How to make that sound...

Hey
I am looking for a sound that is from some synth. It was used in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

I have a few examples, where the sound occurs.

Probably one of the myriad Akai sample CD's, or Emu samplers.

Not even remotely analogue.

ah nice thanks man!

A Phaser (with feedback) can create theses resonant swooshes. So, more of an Effect then a Synth.

You can try using a Surge synthesizer. FM2 oscillator and Frequency shifter effect. Look at the settings in the photo. For a larger volume, you can add delay.

If you're using logic you can just looking at the 'texture' synthesizers
