From which synth does this atmospheric texture/pad sound come from?

Hey
I am looking for a sound that is from some synth. It was used in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
I have a few examples, where the sound occurs.

You can try using a Surge synthesizer. FM2 oscillator and Frequency shifter effect. Look at the settings in the photo. For a larger volume, you can add delay.
