I really like the lead used in this song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SAlO03mGsrM (starts at 8 seconds) and I am trying to re-create it using harmor. Any ideas?

Not much going on sound design-wise, it's really how it's being played to glide between notes and pitch waver. If Harmor has portamento try playing around with that while playing legato, also use the pitch wheel for performance.

Yes it is a pretty simple sound with a lot of Portamento (and most likely played Mono/Legato).
A lot of the apparent complexity comes from the harmonic interaction with the other sounds and the choppity going on over everything.
