It's hard to make stable sin wave on the photosounder, any sound wave I made has small variation of amplitude which cause the sound amplitude jumping up and down during the sound play. How to make stable sin wave with no amplitude variation on photosounder?

Why use a complex tool like that for such a simple task?

Yep....PhotoSounder might not be the right tool for the job.
It can be considered a virtual implementation of ANS. An obscure Russian "spectral synthesizer" that could/can translate a "spectrogram" into sound. Created by Russian engineer Evgeny Murzin from 1937 to 195&. The ANS spectrogram was printed on a physical glass plate. Modern virtual implementations generally use imported and/or generated/handdrawn/edited pictures.
These sort of instruments have no real discreet pitch / harmonics restrictions. So any deviation from a straight line results in pitch deviations. So...use a ruler?
Better just use a more appropriate tool like a sine generator/oscillator. Or single cycle waveform generator. Like the free and web based SCW Editor.
