How to recreate the complete sound of this section of this song

Hi Everyone,

I'd like to recreate the sound of the section of this song:

...that starts at ~00:35 and ends at ~1:00

I know what notes make up this section of the song (F#, etc.). I've also been able to find information online that the BPM is 157. The bass seems to chopping straight 16ths and seems to cut through quite a bit. The drums seems to be a simple:

S:X-X-
K:-X-X

(with the snare being seemingly quite loud... possibly there's a hat in there as well that follows the snare?)

Is there more than one guitar in there (except for the bass)? Is one playing the main riff notes while the other is playing whole chords? Or something else? Also, the guitar(s) seem to have quite a bit of top end EQ'd off. Any other EQ advice, please?

I really like how the rhythm carries that song.
