How would you make this Solar Fields pad?

Hey there, I've been trying (and failing) to make the opening pad sound in this song.It's the one that starts around 0:20 and plays throughout most of the song. Not the high pad but the low, oscillating one. I know he did a Future Music series on this song and he showed his effects chain but I cannot figure out how he made the actual sound that's being effected. He talks about the pad in the beginning but doesn't really go into detail on how he made the actual sound and I've been trying to no avail. Also, maybe I just don't how to use it, but I tried to copy his Reaktor delay effect in my attempts at recreating the sound and I get so much white noise whereas his has almost no audible white noise even though I copied the settings exactly.

So yeah, just hoping some of you could give me some pointers as to how to recreate that low pad sound that comes in at 0:20. I'm just trying to learn how to design drones and pads right now and I really love the sound of this one so I'd really appreciate the help...thanks!

He plays the pad and says "this is basically a piano that I put a huge amount of reverb on"

so you could play a chord filter it to get the "tone" you like, then drown it in reverb and sample it (and manipulate further to taste)
