I'm not great at this kinda stuff so I sat with Voxengo SPAN (FREE)

and played one note at a time to figure out the first 2 bars
So keep doing the same till you got it
There might be some analysis software out there as well but I'm not aware of one that's really good.

The timbre sounds something like a square wave being pulse width modulated between 60-90% with low pass filtering.
