Could anyone point me in the right direction for the synth sound from this track?

I'm sure its probably in a preset pack somewhere but any advice on re-creating would be great.

Its 2 saws. the 2nd one = 1 octave higher. add unison and delay to taste.
Keep the notes super short with no release.

Thanks, this is great. Do you know what the breakdown is? It sounds like a 3d effect on it.
