Synth that shows modulation rate on target?

Is there a synth that shows the rate of a modulation in real time? Some synths have a ring around what’s being modulated, but it is static. I used Bitwig’s poly synth for a while and got used to the target of the modulator showing whats going on in real time.

I often(most of the time tbh) find myself using Bitwigs LFO to modulate some things because it gives me a good visual of all the stuff going on, as the knobs are all moving in the vst. It would just be more convenient to have everything done within a synth/vst, instead of resorting to using my DAW’s, especially since it can't be saved as a patch. It’s sorta odd that most developers havent made their synths more “visual” with dynamic knobs.

I like how you can "see the signal" in the connectors in VCV rack. that's a pretty cool way to do it.
