ModeAudio has released House Generator - Ableton Live Racks, their biggest and most extensively customised sound pack to date. At 1.6GB in size and featuring 70 sample-based instruments created from 850 synth stems and 320 drum and SFX samples, the pack is tailored exclusively for use within Ableton Live 9.
The instrument, drum and SFX racks all feature deep programming of Live's rack macro dials, offering users controls for sample selection, FX modulation, filter cut-off, resonance, panning, master volume and more, all from within the rack itself. A range of analog and digital synth sources, as well as detailed processing has been utilised in creating the core sample content for this release.
Alongside the racks and samples, the pack also includes 160 Live Clips, 160 MIDI loops, 15 audio effect rack and 12 demo Live projects, to offer a comprehensive music production toolkit.
