Sound Magic updates Laurel Pipa to v2.4

Sound Magic has updated its Laurel Pipa to v2.4.

Changes:

Add Voice Mode control which could switch between monophonic, polyphonic and legato.
Fixes a filename issue which may possible failed on some system.
Engine Updates.
