Oscillicious updates BeatCleaver to 1.3.1, adds MIDI Controller Support

Oscillicious has released a new update to BeatCleaver, the beat slicer and sampling software.

BeatCleaver is a tool for slicing loops and sampling from songs or recordings. With one-click slice templates, smooth zoom, and drag export, the BeatCleaver chopping and sampling workflow is designed to be quick and frustration-free.

New features in BeatCleaver 1.3.1 include:

• MIDI Controller Support - Now trigger and preview your chops from your favourite pad controller.
• Snap to Zero Crossings option - Slice with razor sharp accuracy every time.
• Fade in/out Slices option - Smooth out any clicks with a short 2 ms fade.
• Resampling on Export - Now choose the samplerate of your exported slices.

With these new features, chopping samples in BeatCleaver is even faster and more reliable.
