8Dio releases "Adagio Strings Bundle" for Kontakt

8Dio has released Adagio Symphonic Strings bundle for Kontakt, which contains both Ensemble, Divisi and Solo Strings for Violins, Violas, Cellos and Basses.

8Dio says the Adagio String Series marks "the most expressive collection of deep-sampled emotional strings ever created and allows you to create completely realistic string sequences with true emotion, movement and passion".

Adagio Strings is designed for professional composers and orchestrators. The individual volumes each contains several unique legato recordings (e.g. round robin based legato, slurred/emotional legato, sordino legato) and the Violins, Violas, Cellos and Basses combined contain 36 uniquely recorded legato types. In addition you will find over 120 different types of Dynamic Bowings and 60 different types of Loures. All articulations in Adagio (e.g. 36 legato) are all unique recordings, so you won't find different variations of the same samples, but in fact find unique and different recordings of… everything.
