The Orchestra Complete 2 - big Multis work, Individual instruments don't

Hello! I've got the "bigger" parts of The Orchestra Complete 2 working, I can load the Animated Orchestra or Orchestral Rhythms and play them.
But when I try to play any individual Instrument, I get no sound but I notice there is no snapshot for those.
Please see attached - in my downloaded install files, I can only see folders for those "bigger" multis, there are no individual instrument ones that I can find for ex) "15 Violins 1 Bartok Pizzicato.nki"
Any ideas how to get my individual Instruments working? Thank you!
