Can't say much about mastering it, as I'm very inexperienced in that area, but. The song itself is very nice. I've recently had the thought of marrying chiptune to the more hi-fi (if that's even a term) EDM myself, and what I was stipulating is something a lot like this.
First of all, it's catchy. You immediately get into the groove of it and stay there. The beat is nice, the transitions are smooth and it's moody at times (around 1:57, that's the feeling of nostalgia, laced with a bit of bittersweet hindsight.) So, I like it.
Far as mastering goes, I'll say this - I think this'll work with very minimal mastering, get to keep its raw (and yet still very polished, actually) edge. But that's just me.
