I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first. After all you could always chain one or two modulation plugins, add a bit of automation in...

After checking it out though, and hearing it, there's a lot more flexibility and detail involved. The plugin actually offers a streamlined way of achieving a deep stereo experience.

It's not always needed, but it's a great tool that spreads up this kind of workflow quite considerably.

No smoothing of the motion. (thinks of the "blink-mode")
No mixing of waveforms or similar. (e.g. add a little random; stepped or smooth)

(then.. it already has so many knobs)
