How to make this Swoosh/rise texture?

Hey guys,

I was watching a video on Youtube where Metro Boomin gives beat-making tips (METRO BOOMIN | Kicks and Basslines | FL Studio | Razer Music) and in the video he uses a specific preset out of Nexus. It comes in around 2:43, 2:50, 2:53 and 2:55. It sounds like some kind of swooshing/riser fx.

I'd love to know the actual preset name and the expansion pack in which it's found in, but if you don't know, then can you maybe give me steps on how to design the sound?

it might be a squarewave with a a envelope linked to the pitch, so its falling down very quick. maybe some LP or a EQ.
i think i also can hear a flanger

maybe its some portamento instead of a pitch envelope.
