Hey!
New member here, just started dipping my toes into synth building/production and wanted to start by asking;
at 0.44, what 'type' of synth is being heard here (its the melody above the guitars).

How would I go about creating it. If anyone could point me in the direction of any potential starting point presets or general sound worlds that would be perfect! Preferable affordable or even free softwear to get a start, I know things like Omnisphere can do this easily but I'm a long way of justifying buying it yet!
