Sounds good, except I have to agree some of the notes are not in the same key as the harmony. For example the note at 2:00 is very obvious.
I like the section at 3:17...
Try this for your audio loops. In logic there is a Plug-In called "Pitch Correction". Add it to the what ever track you want to check and it will show you the notes being played.
You can also make the piano roll bigger so it's easier to see notes. Hold down [Ctl][Option} and drag over a section of the piano roll...
