Or does that not make sense from a technical standpoint?
I'd quite like to find a no latency limiter that has ISP.

Nope because to detect ISP you gotta oversample, and to oversample with high quality you usually need a bit of latency, AFAIK.

from what I understand X-ISM can tell me whether or not there are peaks but doesn't let me do anything about it.

But if it's only about the oversampling, surely it could be done, lots of synths have oversampling and yet don't add any latency...

Is there such a thing as zero latency ISP protection?
