Famous retro bass patch (i.e.: Breakbot - Get Lost)

Hi folks at SD, could somebody point me in the direction of what was probably used here, or how to get there in general synthesis terms?? I´m referring to the bass (I can hear some layering going on, so if someone could explain both of its components, it would be great). I´m talking about the main riff the repeats through the verse and starts at around 0:05
