1280 x 800 (macbook pro mid 2010)

Hey, nice that a vector based GUI is coming! I can wait. :)

Post

1x should be ok for a screen resolution like that. Be aware vector GUI could take a bit of time, we have other cool stuff in the queue :)

Frankly, i think that all synth's GUI's should be optimized for that, or a 1366x768 resolution. Many synths are, but some simply don't fit on the screen with that resolution, and a taskbar on top or bottom...

Hi George,

I'm trying to download v6.6 from the user area, but the link to the Windows version still refers to v6.5.

We fixed some quirks with Windows installer like not placing the VST3 DLL in the proper folder, so for those who have issues just re-download the installer.

We got another glitch with VST2 but it has been fixed today. As usual, demo/full installers have been updated already for test/download. Cheers.

Conclusion: For the currently running "33% off sale" 6.4 users can upgrade to 6.6 for only 20,-€ (what was 19,-€ before without sale). So we have a 10,-€ price increase for a little 0.1 update (kind of insane greedy) which also never was announced before (6.6 is a free update for 6.5 customers anyway so i don't get that point as well).

So with this "sale" George want to communicate on a meta level that every of his customers who didn't upgrade his 6.4 to 6.5 by time must be treated like an idiot.

A real wheeler-dealer.
Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

6.4 or lower version to 6.6 has been 29 EUR since day one. Customers had plenty of time to make a decision before the new release and price raise. Conclusion: the same upgrade prices won't last forever.
