I like the M/S feature of EpicVerb, btw.
Yeah, that guy makes some good plugins... unfortunately only for Windows. But he's joined forces with vladgsound and they make the TDR plugins together, I think. Maybe they'll port some more their cool plugs to the TDR platform... one can hope (I'm looking at you: slick HDR, ferric tds, limiter 6, oh and a cross platform epic verb while you're at it). And grateful especially for nova (and the prior nova 67p) in this contest of freebies when I need something like a multiband compressor ;)
Yeah, I really like VOS plugins. The boot eq and baxter eq are really nice as well, I use them in most of my mixes. The TDR stuff is great also, Nova takes a bit of getting used to if you are used to using say the ozone dynamics instead.

The vintage song of DoctorBob. ... Thanks for all that new music!
Many thanks for the heads up :tu: Glad you liked the retro 80's touch this time round. Actually, early 60's is more the music of my time! :hyper: Another time maybe I'll wind back in time even more :hihi:

Now, I was watching Podolski on my PC screen and I felt like asking him:
"what do you want me to make with you?"
I played some presets, but his voice came out shy and cheesy, with brief lapses of joy.

So with patience and persistence I started pushing it, looking for some hidden sides of his nature.
And eventually a funny but clear voice begun to talk to me.
Not easy to understand what he was trying to say in his own little language, but after some insistence he felt liberated,
no more shy he started to make jokes and leading a path.

So he told me what was fun and what not and a song took shape.
At the beginning of the song he explains what it's that about.

Have fun.

Hey guys!
Found a bit of free time AND a Synth that worked without hassles, so here I am :)
Given the "non-percussive" nature of the synth, I tried an experiment which doesn't requires too much drums....
https://soundcloud.com/fabiocalzolari/t ... two-hearts
Hope you like it :)

Info:
15 instances of Podolski; all patches are tweaks of the official presets, except for rghvdberg's hi-hat which i used for the "crashes" (BIG THANKS, MAN!)

The only effects are:
One instance of Ambience for each percussive sounds (used with lot of gated reverb as "noise generator"), and one main instance as a whole reverb.
Modern Compressor for the Kick and the "Toms"
Ferric TDS
Ensoniq SQ1, Korg Wavestation A/D

Hi all,

After a break of 5 month I made a track with this nice synth. This time I did an orchestral sounding soundtrack. I allways love U-he Synths, because they gave me all the possibilities for articulation of the sounds, like velocity and pressure. I need this for my kind of playing.

Anyone else noticed that ALL comments by Z' on all the tracks have gone AWOL? :dog:

I smell a conspiracy theory here ...
