spectra proposed to deleted my 32bit dll in my program files x86.... what shall this do? then i have no 32bit omnisphere.dll what else....

i have to open older projects where i only used 32bit plugins and omnisphere 32bit still has the crappy prob, 64bit works a while now. spectra told me to delete my old 32bit dll of omni and do the latest omnisphere sooftware update, no luck.... i already messaged them, but maybe someone from here has a solution?

Hi Guys,

Feeling noobish at the moment.

Yesterday I paid for Omnisphere 2. After payment was received, they sent me an email with the link to the download manager. However, I am not able to open the download manager. It times out after 15 secs. The error message that pops up is: "Host_WindowLoadTimeout".

I have emailed Specatronics but no response yet.

If I d/c from the intrernet, the download manager does open but then it obviously it cannot download the content.

Is this most likely an issue from their side or is there an additional step I have to undertake?
