Did you get it free with their iRig promotion? If so, you're stuck with it. You can't resell IK stuff that you got free via a promo.
You'll know if you look at the entry for it in your user account. If you can sell it there'll be a link under the Serials/Authorizations one saying Licence Transfer. If that's not there you can't transfer the licence.
If it is there, you buy a License Transfer Credit from the store.
