Edit, to avoid further confusion spread, this thread is about two Kontakt instruments.

Rekombinator, granular sample recycler, which is now available at Kontakt Hub:
https://www.kontakthub.com/product/rekombinator/
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-V2pi8jff-w

and Beat Assembler, a twisted drum machine, available now and for free:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ta_aqCK5yIA

Both require full version of Kontakt 4 or newer.

I just noticed Rekombinator at Sampleism, but could find any reference to it here. I must have missed this thread at the time, Is that what Quantum became or is it different?
Can you not get a company forum or summat? I love your stuff, buy all of it, but keep 'losing' track of what's come out due to an inability to remember to track Zombie Queen posts vs SzcZ section on Sampleism vs Fairly Confusing blog...
my other modular synth is a bugbrand

Just watched the Rekombinator videos on your Sampleism page.. That is insanely cool! I wish you the best with your new endeavor.

Sorry, if I'm fairly confusing again. Quantum drum machine is not Rekombinator, I made Rekombinator as a fun break from the quantum machine, which became quite complicated at some point. Rekombinator turned out quite entertaining, so I took time to polish it. Now I'm back at the 'quantum' machine.
There was no interest in this post so I deleted the video, which would be rather obsolete now. I'm back at 'quantum' machine, plan is to release it soon, couple days probably. It's self programming (or editable) drum sequencer, which can use arbitrary note fractions (e.g. 1/3 of eight note) for grid and fit a sequence in odd time signature of choice. It is a fairly confusing machine and I guess it doesn't have a wow factor like Rekombinator. Currently it looks like that:

This looks very interesting. I'm looking forward to giving it a spin! That said, I don't think I've ever actually looked at Rekombinator either, so I'm off to look that one up right now. :)
Incomplete list of my gear: 1/8" audio input jack.

Thanks, I edited the initial post, because it was starting to look more and more confusing.

:dog: Still better than "Ass Mumbler"... fixed. I wrote a hell of confusing manual for this, stands up to the name. Hopefully it will be up tonight.

Hell yes, fairly confusing ones in funny English.

Quantum drummer hits the waters right now and for free (it's presents time). Happy Hanukkah or merry whatever festival is coming up for you. If you tried it, liked it or hated it, please drop me a note here.

Beat Assembler has quite enthusiastic review at Bedroom Producers Blog:

 Made my day.

I updated Beat Assembler. Playback timing has been significantly improved.
Also I learned how to divide by a fraction in integer math. I must be dumb as a bucket, as it took me whole evening to figure out.

While I'm at it, pimped-up version is still coming. Here's a glimpse...
