I have the old 32 bit "Nitro" in my user account for years, not used,..
Then at the same time I consider some specialised filter-plug(s) mainly for dub-wise and steppers tunes
Generally I think the the new Nitro is priced to high, the normal upgrade price on 99 USD,.. as well
And also I think there might be better filters today, even N2O is getting old now in 2014,..
On the other hand there is the 40 pct reduced price right now, making the upgrade 60 USD
What do you think ??
Thanks for any opinion and help

Thanks for the replye's, Filterscape seems realy cool, and also I think I would like WOW2 as well, there might be others to consider
I love "extreme" filtering ,.. like in the old E-mu hardware

Finaly I decided for WOW2 ,.. (to keep my Quad Fromage compagny)
Guess my Wintage Warmer and Nitro wil never be updated and ends here, way to overpriced for what it is, even the discounted upgrades
Enyway got "Springbox" for 43$ wich is an OK price, for an OK plug,..

N2O is a great multi FX. But the GUI is, as mentioned tinywaltercruz wrote:Thinking about getting it in the current promo (26 to me, due to psp cumulative discount).

and can be a nuisance to some. But as with the rest of the
PSP stuff it delivers soundwise.
For 26 $ I think it is a bargain.

At the PSP site? So minus 18% VAT = $18.70.thecontrolcentre wrote:Got the N20 upgrade for $22.80 inc VAT.
At that price or even $22.80 I will definitely be a buyer?
At PSP I get $37.32 but a better price at JRR.

The BF sale price is $39. Some resellers discount further. Cheapest I've seen is $31.99:

If you own Nitro, then the upgrade price is $19 (from PSP site).

I bought the upgrade from Nitro to N20 from PSP. Yes, it was $19 + 20% VAT which came out at $22.80. Buying N20 without the upgrade discount was $29 + VAT. Its probably cheaper from JRR.Kalamata Kid wrote:At the PSP site? So minus 18% VAT = $18.70.thecontrolcentre wrote:Got the N20 upgrade for $22.80 inc VAT.

Forgot I even had the original Nitro, haven't used it in almost 5 years. I remember the GUI being way too tiny and it was awkward to use. the new update doesn't look much better? But for 19bux I might have to give it another try.

I think a lot of people don't get past the UI, but in all honesty, once you learn it, it's not bad. It's at least clear. I personally love it. It's not too bad on the CPU and it's a really fun multi-effect. I use it all the time.
