Since KVR is first and foremost a portal to promote your products you should be aware that the site is becoming a big turn off to many potential customers. The atmosphere and environment here has become less than conducive to anyone but the forum darlings. New or novice customers are treated like undesirables and those who feel disenfranchised are looking else where. It may be time time reconsider where you can get the best bang for your buck.
