Last night, in response to a complaint on his project's page, he wrote
"If anyone else believes my progress so far constitutes a failure to deliver, I'm happy to issue refunds. That said, I would encourage you to hold out for a week..! I have put a lot into this next update, and I'm really excited to see what people can do with it."

Did he say how to get the refund? Do you have a link to it? Sorry for the questions, I'm just not finding this info.lingyai wrote:Last night, in response to a complaint on his project's page, he wrote

Though who knows, he might pull a rabbit out of the hat and deliver something worthwhile next week, as he says , in which case the laugh's on me

The pre-order price is still $60 so you can always just re-buy it.

Actually, if he can pull it of I'll be glad for him, I don't hope that he'll fail. I've been in over my head too. Hopefully it's a case of a sincere, gifted guy who might indeed be on the cusp of something, but just needs the grow the hell up.

Why so eager Uncle? Maybe he feel forced to put some effort into it since the public complain.Uncle E wrote:I requested a refund. Haven't received it yet.
Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

Could you elaborate on this? I'm wondering if one of my certificates expired.Teksonik wrote:Careful visiting his website. It kicks up a malicious payload warning here.

Good to see you chime in here Evan.interactopia wrote:You'll have your answer in a few days.

But I'd rather ask here, so everybody benefits:
- How far along is the VST version? For me it's the only format that makes sense, since I always will use Imitone in combination with a DAW and wiring in the standalone introduces latency and hassle. I'd rather have a sub-perfect version as VST than waiting another year for some uber-solution...
I wish you all the best!
Cheers,
Tom
