HI All,

I've seen quite a bit of post about tuning tools that detect the pitch of an instrument or voice, but those just tend to show a frequency number as text or as a graph.

What I'm looking for is a VST that detects the pitch of an input and then updates a control. This way I could bind/link the detected frequency to another VST effect's parameter.

What I'm trying to achieve is to modify my voice by filtering out certain elements that make it sound a bit nasal.
Also I'm convinced it would be a cool feature to apply to instruments too.

Is anyone aware of such a vst?

Thanks in advance!

InsertPizHere forum on KVR has a midi plugin bundle.

midiAudioToCC convert audio rms to CC messages - and if doing bandpass on a send from vocals/instrument that could vary the CC strength.

So using a sweepable parametric eq you can find the sweetspot for the operation.

Zebrify has pitch input control, and should allow you to reach what you want to do.

All the melda plugins have pitch as a modulation source. It's a really neat feature.
