Hi Folks

Today I'm very proud to introduce a new member to the Modular Chaos Engine family.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTUAQcoBovY

OddHop is packed to the gills with 100's of original acoustic and electronic sounds arranged into 5 octaves of oneshot kits with plenty of control for an infinity of sound design and beat making possibilities. But things get really exciting when you use the new drum and bass sequencing engines, each with twelve tracks of draw-able per note control over nine parameters, and very quickly you will be tumbling down the rabbit hole of bonkers beats and wonky basslines.

This little beauty has been inspired by some of the lovely, clever alt hippity hoppity vibes produced by the likes of warped genius Cristobal Tapia de Veer and artsy hoppers cLOUDEAD. There is also a flavour of some of the recent work I've done with super composer and top chap Theodore Shapiro on the forthcoming Zoolander 2 movie soundtrack : )
OddHop is complex under the hood but simple to use and can effortlessly veer into any musical territory that requires something refreshing in the rhythm section.

Look here for more details.

There is the customary 20% discount offer from the regular £25/$40/€35 price. Just use the top secret discount code oddlyhopping before 21st September to claim your discount.

Thanks
Pendle

first- the whole idea behind your chaos engines is just sick genius, Pendle.
This one...again...resonated with me so well, I had to come off my self imposed purchase moratorium in the first 3 minute after watching your walk-thru vid. I'd like to think I am not so ...easy...but damn...this is a pandora's box of fun! Thanky thanky!

No-brainer purchase.

I haven't had a chance to watch the video yet, but it sounds very interesting!
Incomplete list of my gear: 1/8" audio input jack.

Just bought ;)

I bought odd hop, really like it.

Still weighing Found; for some reason it hasn't bitten me yet; better listen again.

Maybe you can add more vocals on next odd hop update? really nice touch

Was/is there a discount on the bundle? Since I already bought odd hop, could I apply that towards a bundle?

Chaos Engine 1 and 2 are already a bundle for £35, see the bottom of the shop page.

Pendle gives pretty decent additional discounts to existing customers on new product releases. He's also willing to negotiate on custom bundles ;)

"If you are interested in buying more than a few instruments in one go let me know and we'll work out a bundle deal."

Hi MG

Thanks for grabbing OddHop ( and Dredd ) :tu:
Found is great for building really unexpected beats out of unlikely sounds, and the new bit reduction automation lane I've added to it really opens up new areas too. Unfortunately I havn't had time to put out new demos because i've been busy updating Evolved, but i will soon.

The vocal snatches in OddHop are from a completely vocal based engine I built for the forthcoming Zoolander2 soundtrack, I'm definitely going down that direction again for a future Chaos Engine, it sounds flippin amazing, and hopefully will be all over the film when its finished :D

Found is on intro offer for OddHop buyers and you should have got your secret discount code, but let me know if you didn't get it and i'll whisper it in your ear when no-one is around.

The current bundle price for Chaos Engines #1 & #2 is a pretty good deal because it includes the free update to the forthcoming #2....which now has extra samples ( i got hold of a Poly Evolver - best keyboard EVER!) and even more functionality...including the all new 'tranny' control.
