Street Hawk intro Synth voice sound

I was wondering how you make that synth sound which has some kind of voice elements in this intro at 0:08 till 0:09? Anyone ideas?

I can't tell you what they used for that specific sound. But damn if Tangerine Dream wasn't completely awesome.

That "ah" ? Sounds like someone saying "ah" into a vocoder. Easy to do, if you have a microphone and a vocoder. TAL-Vocoder is a free one that I know can do this.

Street Hawk was "Le Parc" from their self-titled LP/CD.....These choirs could be made with their
PPG Wavetherm B. They sounds like a mixture between the wavetablesynthesis of the PPG and
samples....They used these technique on "White eagle" further.....
