Bfd2 to Bfd3 upgrade, is it worth it?

I am out on a hillside but just considered the possibility if upgrading my bfd2 to bfd3. I don't yet know anything about the upgrade, I'm hoping to get your perspectives and then try a demo if its available. Let me know what you think. My main gripe about v2 is the interface is too small, but is that resolved in v3?

It's definitely worth the upgrade for the sound content alone. I think the stock BFD3 content kills the BFD2 library. Beyond that, the workflow is much improved in BFD3. It's not quite as slick looking as BFD2, but there's a ton of small functional UI improvements. I'm a tester, so you may consider me biased, but I think it's a great update. As already stated though, demo for yourself...

Well, I found it somewhere for $99, so emptied my wallet and ordered it. I'm watching a lot of videos to get acquainted with it and hope to install it soon, but I'm wondering if they will be sending the usb key. Is that a license key or just the installer?
