Clean up sticky threads in samples sub-forum

There are many sticky thread in that subforum, which I hope can be trimmed down to make it easier to navigate.

These two:
-Sampling old records? legal?
-Making free samples available

Can be merged into the main one about:
-Sampling copyright issues

These four cover more or less the same ground, free samples/sample players, preferably merged into one:
-Huge links list, free samples
-The big sample site list
-Free samples, ....
-Will Kontakt Player load....
