"I can hear the machines..... Yeah, I see their shadows"

a strange mix of church choirs, vocoders, metal guitars, violins, synthbass and a bossa nova beat.

edit: this is a new version with a different guitar, less boxy reverb.

Nice track layzer. I think I can see the Machines coming up behind up. This has a grand relentless machine like quality! Well done! :)

Good job on this. I like the insistent groove. Lots of good sounds. Those voices are eerie and rather sinister. The violin is a nice touch.

I'm not crazy about the heavy use of reverb. It has a boxy, unrealistic sound.

Thanks for the trip.

ha! whenever i have a second thought about anything in my mix, here comes good ol Frantz to
put a red X on it! this is what happens when you use samples that have reverb already applied
to them folks! ok... what i can do is adjust the amp envelope to decay the sound before the
reverb starts. i'll play with it. the violin has the same room verb sound but i added that myself.
i'll just cut back on it. thanks Frantz!

Better mix with a smoother, less obvious reverb. That guitar is an improvement too. Good work. :tu:

like it,
has something of the old school ultravox / human league about it. nice mix!

This is a nice dramatic track with an insistent atmosphere and pleasing sounds. It wouldn't be out of place as an OST piece in an action/suspense movie.

Good work :)
