Hello! I'm looking for chorus VST effect to create rich voices.
Unfortunatelly, the one from Ableton is more a special effect and works like a phaser.

Sound wise i can recommend TAL-Chorus-LX. Unfortunately it lacks a lot of settings though, especially the rate setting. You could check here also: http://www.kvraudio.com/q.php?search=1& ... =13&pr[]=f

Yep, the TAL one is fantastic (but a one-trick pony - albeit a very funky pony), and there's also the one from Acon, Multiply http://acondigital.com/products/multiply/)

great suggestions so far! I use the TAL chorus in every project, as well as some payed ones like Valhalla Ubermod especially for an ensemble effect...

I second Azurite. Also, check out Ag-Works' CH2

They've mostly been mentioned before but I'd say:
Acon Multiply is the most usable with the best sound.
Distorque Azurite has the most features.
TAL Chorus does that Juno sound perfectly.
Kjaerhus Classic Chorus is old now but sounds good.
I personally don't use Ableton's chorus at all, although as you said its more of a live effect than a useful production tool. I'll prob be ditching Kjaerhus too when i go 64-bit.

well, not free but it costs only 29 $ (and sometimes you can find it on kvr market for like 10-15 $):
Audio Damage Fluid

I really like it. It just sounds ... nice.
ps. TAL Chorus is great too but it's more like one button insta-chorus

TAL's is nice, but I always find for ITB, I use Acon Digital's Multiply. Great sound with a good number of parameters along with a nice UI.

Just checked out Multiply. Nice plugin, but i somehow miss the typical Chrous sound a bit. It rather, well, multiplies. Sort of like an unison machine. I know a Chrous is very similar, but there's more to it, kind of an additional phaser like resonance/attenuation. Multiply sounds very clean and doesn't alter the original signal much, while a Chorus in my experience usually does. Am i wrong about that? Could be just me, and i don't really know much about Chorus'. If i compare TAL-Chrous to Multiply, it sounds pretty different. The chorus in DiversionFx also sounds different, but it has more of that typical Chorus sound. Although it muffles the original signal quite a bit IMO.
