How can I get a forum?

Any problems with the site? How can we improve KVR?

I have set up a KVR developer account and requested a company forum but have been waiting now since February to hear back. I have tried email and pm to contact the KVR team but don't get replies, so what can I do? I am sure they are very busy but I would like to use KVR as my main product support and can't unless I can get the forum up and running.

Any advice?
Thanks

He's a great guy and very helpful.

It's quite unusual to not get a reply from someone so I have to suspect your emails are not arriving or filtering off into junk. I am sure they get a lot of that.

Anyway, HTH Mark. Good luck! :tu:

mods have no control over this. Nor any special way of getting in touch with Ben.

I think KVR admins have a special way of filtering/selecting forum requests from devs and similar. I asked me too back in 2014 from the related form and wrote an email even after some months. Never got any reply so far. I gave up.
However not all the devs, even the really good ones releasing many good quality vst have a forum here.
Getting in touch with users ,and life, goes on anyway ;)

Cheers

Thanks for your replies everyone, sounds as if getting a developer forum here isn't very easy. That's a shame. I will just wait and see I guess for another couple of weeks and if I still don't hear I'll set something else up.
