I've not seen too much about these guys on the general forums. Sure, there's been a few threads for their new releases on G.S. But not too much actual chatter.
I really like what they've done so far. I like their 'quirky', yet very elegant interface designs. They are so easy to use and I really like their sound quality.
Also, they are doing something new things with fx like, Panning and Tremolo, etc.
LoHi is a lovely filter, has that old school warm resonance when tweaked. The 'vulf compressor, it's a beast - Sounds class on drums.
I'll probably buy more from these guys as well.
EDIT: Mac only though...

No worries... I really liked that demo too. So much so I bought it.UncleAge wrote:Interesting demo vid for that compressor. And I definitely like the simple interface(s), clear and easy on the eyes.
Thanks for posting the link.
This is it. I really like their simpler designs. To me, it just feels very easy to get things done quick. And they didn't compromise on the sound quality. The vulf has a 2nd page that you can tweak further if you need too.
Loving the trem effect too (just demoing it now). But I feel like another purchase is coming along.

I can see why you like them, these are really cool plugs...
{grrr} Mac only!
But, they have wisely placed a "format request form" on their site:

Very interesting.... I love my current setup, so I'm doing all I can to resist demoing and purchasing.Robmobius wrote:https://goodhertz.coelxsound wrote:Link?

Cool! GAS immediately stopped.

Yeah, it's cool that they are thinking about it. I presume that it happened because of the many requests they had from PC users on the GS forum. So fingers crossed. My next computer down the line will probably be a PC. So I really hope it happens too.Shabdahbriah wrote:I can see why you like them, these are really cool plugs...

I bought Trem Control last night, it's freakin' amazing. I love the syncing feature - the way you can drag the mouse over the different time controls in real time. No popping or glitching just slots in really easy, so it sounds very musical.Twrogstudio wrote:Love em!!! Couldn't do without Vulf, Panpot and Trem Control!
Nice feature also that you can add harmonics (bass, etc.).
Well worth it!elxsound wrote:Very interesting.... I love my current setup, so I'm doing all I can to resist demoing and purchasing.Robmobius wrote:https://goodhertz.coelxsound wrote:Link?

Owner/user of Vulf, Faraday and Good Dither : stunning UI and superb sounding plugins. Vulf won't leave my drum bus anytime soon : just throw a nice sounding kit into it, tweak to taste and boom!, instant breakbeat.
I also love how drastic the difference/improvement is when switching the HD mode on.

I must admit, Trem Control is the plugin that really made me take notice of this company. I haven't touched Tremolator since!!

Exactly man... It's a monster on drums. Very nice for parallel processing too and I love it’s saturation algo.nilhartman wrote:Owner/user of Vulf, Faraday and Good Dither : stunning UI and superb sounding plugins. These guys are the new soundtoys! I was messing with Trem c. I can’t see myself going back to anything else. I’m really curious to see what will be next from these guys.Twrogstudio wrote:I must admit, Trem Control is the plugin that really made me take notice of this company. Tbh I only checked them out because of a few comments on GS. I'd never heard of them before that. They really need to get themselves some more publicity.

I mostly use it in parallel too : I first dial an absurdly cool sounding yet over-exaggerated setting, then back-off the dry/wet fader. Lovely results
Devin mentioned on GS they were considering a plugin combining the transformer from Faraday and the tube from Trem. I haven't tried Trem yet (fearing GAS...) : how does the sat sound?
