I 've compiled surround delay sample from Steinberg's VSTSDK, with MinGW, and it has created the .dll. But when I load this plugin into Cubase, there is no GUI (this example has it's GUI editor), just minimal sized window where you can barely see the power button, and automation buttons. In REAPER also, no any GUI is shown. I've been searching the code, and on the internet, to find the cause of this, but with no success. Anyone with similar experience?

for me it didn't work as well, showing a tiny window size. try the again sample in the VST3 SDK pack , for me it works, and I end up learning from this one.

It was MinGW related problem. I have managed to compile it properly with VC++, and it works.
