How to do this, that and the other. Share, learn, teach. How did X do that? How can I sound like Y?

I think this can be considered more as production technique, i hope this is the right place to ask.

How can i get a filter like this
https://youtu.be/XIwuCxl65WA?t=1036

He probably uses a dummy clip to start the effect, but how can i make the LFO go slower as the bpm go down?
I've tried with autofilter but is not as good as that one, what are the best plug-in filter for dj use?

Here is another video
https://youtu.be/UduVSHTn8Dw?t=78

Or could be an audio clip, and not filtering the song?

Last thing. In the first video at 16:14 is using a pitch down effect, some advice to do it?
Thanks :)

No comments on the filter thing, but the effect at 16:14 is called a tape stop, and there's an entire plugin dedicated to it. :)
