Hi,

This is my first post on KVR. I'm a French sound engineer, I have worked for Universal Music, designed PA systems for companies and clubs, and owner of the site "Hornplans".

I have made a stereo compressor plugin (VST), the MC ONE, 2 busses oriented (can be used in many applications, not exclusively two busses). Two versions: Free and Pro. In my humble opinion, I think it sounds very good and can compete with most commercials plugins. The free version is made as simple as possible. It tooks a lot of hours, coding, measuring, listening, but it's worth the time.

The Pro version adds more controls (attack, release, ratio, peak control), a side chain with 3 bands eq and low pass/high pass, parallel compression, monitor section (to listen side chain or Mid/Side signal), external side chain, Mid/Side compression controls, phase correlator. Will be available in april/may.

Here is the page link to download the MC ONE Free:

MC ONE is a x86 version, no x64 planned at this time.

Happy listening !

MC One is great, I just love the Stereo Level control! :)

I can't believe anyone hasn't tried this one yet.
It's easy if you know how

I tried it. It sounds good. The CPU usage seems to interact strangely with other instances, though. Just one instance has extremely low CPU usage, but if I add another instance on other tracks, CPU use can drastically increase per each instance.
