Removing entries from "Ego Search", not only from Sub-Boards "disabled" in forum preferences

This might be a bit complicated, but this is more than annoying me.


I want to get rid of certain entries of certain sub-boards that show up through "my forum topics" (aka "ego search"). I am not interested in this particular company anymore, and the threads are mocking me (since I am refused to participate for some of them).


Is there a way to add filters to the ego search?
