I think it's sampled from Marshall Jefferson or Technotronic..maybe even Inner City, I'll have to dig around.

Pretty sure it's from the M1 ("Rave Hit" or something like that) but it always sounds better played through a sampler...

Yeah it's a patch from the M1 - 'Rave Hit' I think it's called.
