Hi jgfsav !

did anybody help you with the Fatar ? I have the same problem, respectly it powers up, but all LEDs are burning and I can´t play.
Did anybody copy the content of the kappenburg site and can mail it to me ??

I called the german support for Fatar today (synthax.de). They told that there´s is no further part support by the company. I could send it to them, but they can´t guarantee anything. So I would first try it by myself.

No, sorry, no one has posted the info from the Kappenburg site...

Did you solve the problem otherwise ?

I was able to fix mine by replacing the power supply. As a last ditch effort, I found an
ENG D48-9-500D power supply on eBay for $12. This is the EXACT same one that originally shipped with the SL-880. Plugged it in and I was back to normal!
I had tried another 9v 500ma power supply when I first starting having the problem, but it did not help. Apparently you have to have this exact model, my old one was just worn out.
If you are going to try this, make sure it is the exact ENG model and looks the same as the one you have. Hope this helps!

I'm also attaching the page as a jpg.

Okay, my SL-880 is going under the knife now, wish me luck.

Cool, it worked! No more power on problem. Press the power on button, wait a second for it to start up and voila, everything works.
