How do I ignore specific users?

On the old forum it used to be easy to ignore all posts by specific users, so that they would never show up while reading threads. Is there still a way to do this? How?

Click on their name (top right of one of their posts beside their avatar) and then use the ''Add friend'' or ''Add foe'' function.
