Intelligent harmonizer plugin (for voice)

I am searching for an intelligent harmonizer plugin (for voice) which has also some voice effects (PC, 64bit).
There is, for exemple, Antares Harmony Evo, but I am looking for a cheaper possibility. Some time ago, you could buy Antares Harmony EFX being much less expensive, but you can not buy it any more.
Do you know other voice-harmonizer as alternatives for the Antares software?
What is to say about the quality about the software-harmonizers? Are they as good as hardware-solutions, for exemple TC Helicon Voice Live?

Never heard anything good in software yet, though the Roland hardware harmonizer boxes work well.

I additionally found this one:

I guess, it is nearly the same like the Antares-software (costs nearly the same).
But is there a cheaper one which is also good?
Which Roland-harmonizer do you think of (model?)?

The one in iZotope Nectar is quite good although seems to struggle with very low voices

iZotope Nectar sounds interesting.
There is also a iZotope Nectar-elements-version. Unfortunately, this version has no harmonizer function.

Years ago I tried the mu one, but found Antares EFX worked better for me. Yes, unfortunate they discontinued that one, which seemed just as good sounding as the current one, just a few less functions.
There's this free one,

but the antares works better for me.

I wonder if these might work for you.
More of an advanced chorus, but it sounds great (free):

A MIDI controlled harmonizer, I own the original (non-XT version) and with some tweaking the results are impressive ($25):

de la mancha used to have a harmonizer too, its no longer available but it was freeware'd so maybe you'll be able to find a copy somewhere.
-EDIT--
I just found these in the DB too:

I had the same quest a while back and was astonished to find out that there are hardly any good harmonizer plugs for live use. As mentioned, there are good ones for offline processing. I ended up buying a TC Voicelive touch and hooked it up to my DAW setup. Very happy with it!

sounds great for guitar.
It should work for voice. Pick a key and interval and it's MIDI controllable.

Computer Music Magazine has MeldaProduction's MHarmonizerCM. It is simple quick fun for experimenting with harmony. It responds to midi. Stab a chord, sing, instant gratification. In another mode it generates harmony that you specify with voice only input. To my ears the harmony voices in TC Helicon's VoiceLive Touch are more polished. But, for $10, the price of a CM issue (is it a one issue one-off?) it's an outstanding value for a fun inspiring tool.
