I'm producing electro house and I would like to have this sound in my library somehow but I have no idea about how to recreate it. For the first time it might sound stupid but the sound that I'm looking for is happening when the bike in the video hits the rail.

Aron, I would just sample the sound of a pipe or a railing being struck with a metallic object -- wrench, hammer, etc. That "clank" effect is extremely complex to want to try to create synthetically. And once sampled, you can re-synthesize it to be a lot of other sounds.
